Just aquired a CBR 650 14 plate the bike was dead, removed the seat and replaced the 30 amp fuse refitted the fuse cover this let the bike start as normal, turned the ignition switch off but the netural and ABS light along with side lights stay on, the only way to turn them off is remove the cover over the 30 amp fuse, the fuse cover has a two prongs that slides in next to the fuse at the same time, would appreciate any idears thanks.

 

the ABS light most likely will go off as soon as you drive the bike.
The side lights might very well be an electrical issue in the realm of ground issues.
The main question is why a 30 amp fuse would blow....
Find out why the fuse blew and most likely you will find the cause of the rest of the problems too.
