Just out of the blue my brake lights,turn signals,side stand light,neutral light,and oil light all went out.The headlights and high beams still work though.Is there a fuse to change to fix that and if so where is it?

 

looks like you popped a fuse - I just stared @ the schematics for a while, and all those lights, the brakelight switches, and turnsignal switches are tied together on the same fuse in the fusebox.

In the fusebox on my bike it's the 15amp fuse nearest the front of the bike, labeled something like meter/horn/turn/tail.

Put a replacement 15 amp fuse in, if that fixes it, you're good. If it keeps popping, don't just put a bigger rated fuse in. You'll have to diagnose why the circuit has suddenly gone to crap - most likely a chafed wire or a melted plug somewhere.
