I have almost 19,000 miles on my 97 CBR F3 600. I need a new chain and sprocket set BAD! Is this kit on eBay good?? I am new to the whole bike thing and am kind of dumbfounded as to what I should be looking for. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!

I have a similar set running on my '99 F4. They are good, though the one you linked to didnt say how many teeth the sprockets were..that I saw anyhow. On my '99 the stock sizes are 16T up front and 45T on the rear. I used to have it up a few teeth in the rear but currently im running 15T up front with a stock 45T on the back. But to answer your question, yes they are good.
