Need help replacing right foot bracket.
Hey guys. the previous owner carved stupid numbers on the right foot bracket so I bought a better condition one to swap out. it looks like this.

the question is, the brake pedal is attached to this from the back. Dont i have to disengage the brake system or anything like that? If i try to remove the foot bracket without doing anything to the brakes, the whole system might get screwd up right? how do i do this right?

You should be able to unclip or unbolt everything. The cylinder's shafthas a pin with a clip holding it onto the brake pedal. You can remove that first, then everything else and just swap it all over to the new assembly.
Im not sure what you mean by messing the system up. Everything can be adjusted once you get the bracket on if its needed. As long as you dont remove any lines, you wont have to bleed anything.
