Thanks DIRT! I was infact missing one of those springs but as soon as I solve one problem another pops up. After I got the carbs figured out I must have filled one of the cylinders with gas, and my starter wouldnt even crank my engine, so I pulled some plugs and started it again and everything was fine.

It idled great and rode great too. Then when I pulled into my neighborhood The bike died and would not Idle unless I physically gave it gas with the throttle. The idle adjust screw did no effect. Where should I start looking now? The bike wont start/ or idle unless I give it a bit of gas to help.

I can pretty much confirm that at least one of my cylinders is filling with gas again and causing the engine to bind up. Im kinda at a loss here about what to do.

I guess make sure your on the right vaccum taps for starter. One out of the 4 carbs is engine only and not actually a carb. You use that one as the base and adjust all the other carbs to that one
Yes on the f3's it's carb number 3 going from left to right
