Default My soon to become nightmare.

I just bought a CBR 600. I can fix most anything and can fab just as well.
I cannot find the service manual or a good wiring diagram. Can someone please link it? I bought this bike from a woman and she got it from a kid that truly messed this bike up. I want to bring it back to life but the wiring is trashed.

One of these sites should work for you they offer manuals for all year bikes, I used the the first one listed for my 03 F4i service manual. Just go through the directories until you find the one you need and it will download as a pdf.

Welcome to the CBR Forum Travis,

Good to always introduce yourself before diving straight in asking for help. Glad always to help a CBR rider but it is nice to know model/year etc and a brief history as well.

Good luck with the refurb and post some pictures or start a rebuild thread if you want.

Cheers, SB

Good point it's an 01. CBR600f41 according to the plastic under the seat. this thing has been butchered. I've been looking at it and am noticing things that make me question my decision to purchase this bike. Yet the price was good. So i'll spend the time and hunt down a wiring diagram for it. I'll get a pic up when I can. All I can say is someone rattle canned it and cut lots of wires on the bike.

That is how I got it. I think I have most of the parts but i honestly don't know yet. I built my mom a 97 Kawasaki eliminator 600 last year. Quad kiehnin carbs are not fun yet do-able. If anyone needs help just give a shout i'll do what I can.
