Default Motorcycle Cover question

Hello! Hello! Got another question (sorry, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, though) hehe
I'm looking for a motorcycle cover and I came across a used Cycle Shell cover for 100 bucks. Are these good covers? Is it a fair deal(it's about two years old, by the way)? Also, what are good all-weather covers?
Thanks in advanced! =)

I have a nelson riggs cover, Cost me about $50 and I like it.
I dont leave the bike out in the winter but it is water resistant but doesn't let much thru unless it is puddling for a long time and has a heat resistant bottom so that if you put it on with a hot exhaust it wont melt the cover to it.

Looked at the cycle shell cover and that looks nice. the Riggs is more of a cover then an enclosure like the cycle shell.
That cycle shell weighs over 70lbs as well.
