Default Motor Mount Thread Repair

Hello, I am tasked with trying to fix a botched Frame Slider install on my 05 CBR 600RR. The left frame slider bolt is spinning, and won't come out. Surprisingly I can't find any info about this on the web. After reviewing the manual and looking at the bolts that came with my new frame sliders, it would seem the threads are deep inside the cylinder. Can I fix this with a Time Sert?
Is there anyone here that could point me in the right direction as far as precautions and guidelines ? Thank You.

A photo would help us understand what you're dealing with. If you can apply some outward pressure on the bolt as you try to remove it that may help it come out.

What Dirt said may work, and then you can helicoil the hole...but it all depends on how much material you have.

That sucks though...
