Default missing bolt...

k so i just looked down after riding home from work and my clutch lever bolt is missing... the pivot point bolt that holds the lever in place... just a quick question what kind of bolt was it? hahaha

i just stuck a random bolt in there with a nut on the bottom to hold it in place for now... but i will make time tomorrow to go stop by our local shop tomorrow and pick up the bolt.

This happened to me once also a while back. I was shifting down from 4th when the bolt and bushing fell out and disappeared in the asphalt... lol I walked at least 200 yards down the road and back hopelessly looking for it. anyways, I was able to run the bike and jump start it to get going in 4th gear and made it to my uncles garage 2 miles away. I found a bolt about 2 inches long, made a bushing by wrappingelectrcal tape around the bolt a hundred times and screwed it in for a temporary fix. Next day, I got a new bolt and bushing setup at the honda shop for about $25. So, just tell the dude at the shop what bolt fell out and he'll hook ya up with the bolt, bushing and spacer assembly. good luck.

I'm guessing it's the bushing that cost the extra $$

There's a self locking nut on that thing, did you put on after-market levers?
