Try the pirelli diablo's ,i think they are much better than the metzelers.
I had metzelers before the pirelli's are much better, but that,s my opinion.

the pirelli diablo's are good for my bike so far . The Diablo has the same mission as Metzeler's Sportec M-1 http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/Articl...?ArticleID=372 its worth reading
Just so you know...Pirelli and Metzler are the SAME company..and thier Rennsports and SuperCorsa's are the same EXACT tire...
The Racetec is scheduled to replace the Rennsports from what I understand

Anubis, are you taking it to the track or are you riding the street with them???
The reason I ask is because the Racetec is a racing tire and not a street tire. While there is no real issue using a race tire on the street, race tires are limited to a certain number of heat cycles (hence, why racers/track riders use tire warmers). After a race tire has used up its heat cycles, it does not have the same performance that was designed for. It won't have any stick even if there's plenty of tread left. It could be a painful experience to learn the hard way.
So it'll be an expensive tire just to only get several hundred miles out of them.
