Im new so, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I want to put a single sided rear swingarm on my 1991 CBR 600. I want to know whether or not anyone else has done this, would the swingarm off a VFR fit straight in? I can probably get shock mounts moved if necessary, but would the vfr swingarm be the same length/ and the same width where it bolts onto the chassis? any idea or help appreciated!

 

Quite a few folks do this mod, and yes the VFR will go in with very little fab work. But if I remember correctly you need the 750 swinger not the 800. (at least for the f4i)

 

awesome, is there some info on all the details for doing it somewhere if lots of people do it?
Im assuming I would need to get the VFR wheel that fits the swingarm too?
Do I need to Get the VFR brake caliper as well or can I modify my one to fit?
I would be using MY shock, and not the VFR one, is that correct? oh and what Mods willI need to do to the swing arm itself?
Lots of questions I know, but want to do it once and do it right!!
