06 1000rr. I just bought a fender eliminator kit that has LED lights. It came with two load resistors but the instructions do not mention using them. Are they necessary? I thought maybe they had something to do with the blink rate or something like that
any thoughts??

Yes, it would affect the blink rate. Most likely, without the load resistors you will have a super fast blink because it's the bike way of telling you it thinks a light is out. Adding the load resistor fools the system into going back to thenormal blink rate.

 

Make sure to install the resistors in parallel before the blinks.
