Default Left vs Right Brake Rotors

Heres the deal, my roommate dropped his 98 F3 and bent his right front brake rotor alittle. Well he just bought a replacement and i noticed the rotation arrows etched into it, making it the rotor for the left side. I'm assuming it will mount up just fine, but does anyone know if there is a problem using a brake rotor rotating in the wrong direction. Were gonna work on it tonight, so if no one responds ill tell yall my findings. Thanks.

Yes they are side specific, why doesn't he exchange it for the right one?

Well he got a used on from some guy online, new ones are pretty expensive, so i doubt they will let him return it. Hmm i wonder if anyone has a right rotor for sale in the classifieds.

I just bought a new pair of EBC contours, I'd sell my old ones to you but unfortunatley the one you need was the one that was bent. Sorry. I'm sure someone in the classifieds will be able to help.
