Default left heel hitting swingarm

When I ride, especially when I go over bumps or take a sharp left, my left heel pushes down on the swingarm. My ride side I've never had this happen. Is this a problem with the bike or is my leg just retarded? lol When I'm riding straight it doesn't touch but i can actually push my heel down and make it touch where as on my right side I can't push it down to make it touch to save my life.

Yeah mann !! My foot rubs to!the evidence is on the heel of my boots!! lol !!! The chain has cut grooves in it !! keep in mind also the swing arm is shaped diff on each side may account for rubbing on one side only!! Ride Red !!!!
