ok boys here it is. i have a 2000 929rr, i just put led blinkers in the front, which naturally caused hyper blinking, which then lead to the fuse blowing, now whenever i hit the right blinker the fuse blows immediatly, i purchased some resistors on ebay and when i installed one side and tried it the damn fuse popped again, perhaps i am missing something? the resistors are easy to install there is only 2 wires so i dont think i have it hooked up wrong.

 

You have a short somewhere. The hyper flash is not causing the fuse to blow. You may have wired them up backwards. Or might have some exposed wire somewhere.

 

Sounds like a ground out somewhere needles.

 

yeah i think thats what im leaning towards now, it only blows when i use the right blinker, and the first time the fuse blew was when i came down from an endo, i was just messin with it and had it working for a while then all the sudden boom, blew fuse,

 

well skoobydoobie you were on to something! i dont know what kinda sense it makes but the day after i put the LEDs in i put flush mount rears in, i just went out and reversed the wiring on the front and rear right side blinkers and all is well! must of just been coinsidence that the very next time after the endo i went to use it it blew. thanks for the thoughts guys! very much apprectiated!
