With helmets, you typically get what you pay for. That being said, I'm not knocking anyone's choice of helmets. If you're going to get the KBC, try to get the best one they make. Personally, I look at it like this...its your head...don't you want the best protection you can get?

Some of the less expensive helmets actually have very good protection considering their cost. You just have to do your research & homework as to what each offers.

There's a shop or two near me that typically use a "free" KBC helmet as an incentive to purchase new bikes. As a good lawyer could argue some liability to the dealership w/ these helmets, they've got to be somewhat good.
