Default Installing "SWITCH, STARTER STOP" on 05 cbr600rr?

I just received my new starter stop switch. My question is can i install it without removing any fairings? I see there is a cable connected under the gas tank fairing. If no, do I have to remove the side fairings as well to remove the gas tank fairing? If there is any tutorials out there, could you please link me? I have been looking everywhere, but no luck.

Thank you

Im not 100 percent sure on that model year, but it should be a simple unplug and plug in. All you have to do to remove the old switch is unscrew the housing and it splits into two half. You'll have to follow the wires to the plug, which may be under the gas tank, but are you sure not seening the throttle cables? There shouldn't be any cables leading from the switch, just some wires.

If they do go under the tank, you will have to remove the ram air ducts and there are two bolts under there, then remove the seat, there are two bolts there, and then remove the gas cap and the tank cover will come off. you may have to remove the side panels to get to the ram air covers though.
