Default I Broke It

So I just finished a rejet and carb sync on my 600 F2 and my throttle cable feels loose (there is about an inch of free play before it grabs) Also it sounds like it is sometimes short on gas, does anyone know what i could have done to make it act like this?

it's not a fix, it's a clean. clean the **** out of the pilot jet, so well you can see daylight through it, back flush the carbs and reassemble.

Sorry but i have one more question, what is a back flush? And as far as the pilot jets go, do u mean the pilot screw? or maybe the slow jet?

Are you sure you really know what you're doing? These are terms you should know if you're messing around with carburetors.

Alright... Well, the pilot jet is what controls low idle speed and overall throttle responce. if it's plugged in any way the bike will run like utter crap. it's VERY important to keep the carburator systems clean. the holes that the fuel flows though in th pilot jet are much much smaller than the main jet. clean it so well (a can should do at point blank range) that you can see light though each one (one per carb). then fire a whole can of cleaner through the carburator system, including the fuel lines. clean EVERYTHING. install a secondary fuel filter in the line to ensure a clean fuel delivery. you know how much a pain in the *** this is. imagine doing it twice a season... thank you no, amiright?
