How would you bypass fyel pump?
Far as I know their all the same , I'm sure you did the gravity feed so that should show its not the pump, as the engine will suck as much as it needs

Is the solenoid valve making a noise when you turn the ignition ON and Kill switch in Run position, the reason I'm asking is that in neutral , the engine can increase rpm no trouble but in gear the electrical connection to the Air Solenoid and the Speedo will tell the Air Solenoid to work at over 12MPH

On this model the pump really doesn't do anything discernible with the bike in the proper on position. The bike has to be running for the pump to fully operate.
Though I don't have it in front of me, there's a procedure in the manual that tells you how to jumper the pump wires to test it without the bike running.

not sure if y last reply posted or not. so no there is no noise when switch is on . there never is. the fuel pump bypass did nothing much at all.still ran like crap but when idoling after a while it seemed to clear up like I coud hear the idol rp change and the tone also and then few seconds minutes later back to the same you mentioned s thing about speedo im not running one ot inst cluster . the one that came with the bike was busted all to hell and back ordered a speed off e bay but it s cabel will not havein ggauges cause any problem
Its less of a problem if you havent got a Speedo , the wiring in the speedo opens the solenoid at 18mph, if that doesnt happen then the solenoid is redundant and the air is choked to the carbs, your back to taking out the solenoid and bypassing the hoses, and you will have to take off any restriction (tape) to the air ducts, the pump will only run when demand is there
ok sorry been a minute. hears the update just got my new fuel pump in today I put it on tonight I can hear it clicking and the sylenoid opening with switch on. crank and ran bike at idol for few minutes sounded a lot better didn't have a chance to ride to see if it has been fixed. after I put pump in a set my air fuel screw to 1 and 1/4 turn out checked all electrical. and tighten all screws on air intake etc. really hopefull in the morn going to try to ride and see what happens. I had a buddy stop by looking for some parts and he was looking at it a trying to help and give advice the first thing he noticed was the exhaust I am running from previous owner. it looks like a cherry bomb glass pack for a car if tyou know what they look like and the tip of it iscut at a angle. he said that a lot of yur power comes from the muffler and exhaust because of the back pressure and thought that might be my problem I have muffler of my gsxr don't know the brand but looks like a muzzy. im gonna take off the thing that's on there now and put that on the cbr to see if it makes a differ. does this sound correct or am swinging and missing on theses pitches lol?
Yes that could work ,clip on exhaust's usually tend to make the engine run lean, but it will run better standing still, its when it gets to 18mph and the solenoid doesn't switch over to the air scoop because there no connection to the speedo, but taking all the tape off will help a little
Yes give it some welly , and just see if it bogs around 20mph, I'm sure eventually we can get it sorted
