How to mount mirrors/gauges?

the mirrors i have are just some cheapo ones i got off amazon, couldnt seem to find a link to em. I like the koso mirrors, you may or may not even neeed the riser adapters. id get the mirrors first and see how they line up. If your running clip ons you wont have room for that 10mm mirror mount you linked but if your running mx bars it would work.

Clip ons are the short seperate handlebars that clamp to your fork tubes, one on each side. Mx bars is one solid bar that runs from side to side (like a dirtbike)
With clip ons you dont have extra room on the bars to mount anything else. The part i linked bolts onto your existing brake/clutch levers so you dont need any extra room to mount anything.
Its really your call but those mirror holders will be a painless direct bolt to add mirrors and make your bike legal. There may be other cheaper ways like bar end mirrors but those are usually tiny and in a bad spot for visibility.
