On my F2, I went from regular old Honda HP oil at 10k to two changes of Repsol SEMI-synthetic at 14k,
to two changes to Repsol Full Synthetic "Race" at 20k.

Always went with 20 w 50 or 15 w 50

Depends .I always like to have 5k miles on any engine before i swap it over to synthetic..
