How to figure out the year of the f3 otor I have in my racecar?

I have bought a minisprint dirt track race car this year and it has the honda f3 motor in it. How can I tell by looking at the number on the block what year the motor is? Thank you for any help!

If you post up the engine serial number, I'm sure someone will be able to tell you the year.
