Spark plugs
Sorry for bad picture but it's all I could get.
Compression is good thank God and all near spec.
1 spark plug is exhaust side
2 spark plug
3 spark plug
4 spark plug is chain side
As you can see:
1&2 plugs are black.
3&4 plugs are orange ish.
I've just adjusted float height as all were pretty out by 2mm and 3mm.
Could this be my problem also is there anything else I should check when I sync the carbs this weekend and clean the fuel lines and tank out.

I´d have a look at idle mixture screws as well...
.... and check if the float valve plungers move freely as this might effect float height!
