some idiot stole my bike and wrecked it all to hell. Insurance said parts alone is $6500, so they are going to total it. i hate that because i loved that bike, well now i am looking into buying a 600rr, i have only been riding about 4 1/2 months, so i was wondering if this was a good idea and what the differences are between the two, i want a more powerfull bike and dont want to leave honda but cant afford insurance on a 750. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

if you want a 600rr...get it, regardless of whether it's a good idea or if you're ready for it or not.

i'm sure members will tell you otherwise, but that's just wasting bandwidth. go over to the 600rr forum and read up on the debate over there.

600rr is not that much more powerful than the F4i...but as you go up in years...like form 03 to 07...it does get more ponies and newer technology with more aggressive positioning, etc.

 

that sucks , i truly feel for u .. did that ******* get arrested? i say the 600RR would be a nice bike to get ! im a lil suprised on how much this question is getting asked lately (should i get a 600RR)

 

no he didnt get arrested which sucks, if your gonna steal someones bike atleast know how to ride one right? the insurance said that cbrs are the easiest stolen bikes because the wires and pins are not housed.

 

i guess some people think its probably easy ... so is insurance covering everything ? i hope so

 

how much you got? if they gave you the $6500 minus your deductible, darn that's a nice amount for an 02 F4i.

 

i wont know how much untill tommorow, if they give me 6500 thats damn nice for only the 4500 i paid for it!
