Default Hid's are being stupid

Ok so i bought a cbr600f4i tonight. I got home and wash looking it over really good. The bike already has hid's installed. For some reason when I turn on the highbeam i get a buzzing sound and the light flickers for about 30 sec before coming on. Then if i turn it back to low beams the high turns off but the low doesn't turn back on! If i turn off the key and then turn it back on the low beam will come on no problem. any answers? and yes i used the search button and couldn't find anything related to my problem

Default RE: Hid's are being stupid

Well i rode the bike all day today. got home and thought i would start working on them. so i turned the brights on and what do ya know. the worked as they should. Both came on without and flickering at all. turned it back to low and the low stayed on.... turned it back to high( just to double check) and it went back to the same flickering it did before. So now i'm thinking maybe it's a week battery? To answer your question. Only the low bean is on when i have the switch to low. and both are on when switched to high, that is when it work correctly. when it flickers and such and filally turns on, only the highbeam will be one. I gotta feeling i need to rewire them myself so i know it's done right.
