I currently have a 2000 Honda CBR600F4. I wanted to install new HID lights...any ideas where the best place to look is?

 

Wow what a coincidence! I was JUST looking at them on youtube and various sites. I tried a set out on my F3 when I used to have it and they are super bright!

THe 55w is ten bucks more, but I looked into the 35watt. 35 bucks plus ten shipping.
Def going to get it soon, probably the 8000k

in your case you would want that one. looks like its 37.50 though....

 

You may not care, but you should really look into getting some retrofit projectors done. I've got a regular HID H4 bulb or whatever in my bike (came with the bike) and it's horrible. It just looks sloppy and is sure to blind people coming from the other direction, which is sure to encourage people shining their brights in my eyes as they pass me.

 

35W HID's from DDM tuning is very much enough light. 55W is overkill and it pisses people off...lol If you do get them, make sure they are from ddm though!

For the amount of times i promote ddm i should get paid for it..ha

yup you got it that will be a good kit, 8000k is very blue if that is what your lookin for, but if you want nice crisp bright lights for viewing distance at night stick in the 4500-5000k set i have the 5000k from ddm and they are awesome nice and diamond white can see for miles lol. the 8000k are very wierd to ride with i think everything gets turned blue and harder to see

 

I have 6000K now. My bikes kit isnt ddm, my car and my girlfriends car are ddm though.
My bike just blew the low beam so im going to do something a little weird. I'll be running a 6000k in my low beam now, and a 3000k (yellowish) in my high beam. Weird..but we'll see if i like it, just tryin to do something different.

 

Would it be a good idea to get the 55W instead of the 35?
