Default HELP! Fuel pump will not work. . .

I just bought a 2001 CBR 600 F4i. It had been wrecked and needed a new wiring harness and switches. The first day I picked the bike up for the hell of it I tried starting it. When I turned the ignition on I could definitely hear the fuel pump turn on, but the bike would not turn over because the fuse box was done for. I bought another wiring harness and switches for it so I could at least hear it run. I hooked everything up, triple checked even. Now when I go to turn the bike on the fuel pump does not come on, but the bike will turn over. I have since torn it apart at least three times. I even switched out the starter relays. The only conclusion I can come up with is that either the pump is not getting power, the pump is done for, or the computer is fried? These conclusions dont seem plausable though, seeing as to how the pump worked before I put the other harness in. ANY help would be awesome!
Thanks!

have you checked the bank angle sensor, clutch, and kickstand switches already?
all of those don't allow the fuel pump to turn on if tripped or disconnected without being crossed

Wait a minute. I think you may have just done it man. Since I'm pretty new to this bike mechanics stuff, I didn't even think to connect the headlight assembly in to the wiring harness, which has the sensor on it! I really hope this is what the problem is. I will have to wait until tomorrow to see. I will definitely let you know. Thanks for the help!
