Default Heat tape

I bought some of the aftermarket plastic off ebay and it does not have heat tape on the mid or lowers, and wanted to know if any of you have bought this plastic and what tape is best. Thanks for the info.[sm=helpout.gif]

Default RE: Heat tape

Use some foil tape that is made for duct work. You can find it any Home Depot or Lowes. It holds well and keeps the plastics from warping. I put down about 10 -12 layers and rode 300 miles with no problems yet.
