Default Heat insulation for Side fairings?

Ok so I need to insulate the inside of my side fairings its an 01 f4i any tips on what can be used to do the job without spending too much? thanks

I would just use some heat tape. Its cheap and does a decent job of reflecting heat. you can pick some up at just about any autoparts or hardware store.
