Headlights aren't working help please
Ok so I know the headlights are suppose to cone on when you turn the bike on but mine aren't even doing that the blinkers work but the light won't come on not even the high beams so help me out i'm lost
I assume the bike runs. Check the fuse. Next check the headlight bulb. finally if the fuse and light are good, check for voltage at the bulb terminals. If there is no voltage you will need to start tracing it backwards using a meter and a schematic.
Hope this helps.

I am having a similar issue which i noticed this morning, I have a 05 600rr when i turn the key to the On position the headlights do not turn on, If i flick the high beam switch nothing happens the lights remain off but if i press the pass button my high beams come on the bike runs and starts perfectly any ideas how to rectify this
On my R9 CBR600RR if the start button is stuck or frozen, as mine was. The headlight will not come on until it free's itself or by WD40 and wiggling it out fully. Or what the guys said as well.
Thanks guys! I found the solution issue based on what JoeB1Kenobi and mikey49 said the problem is that the headlight relay is connected to the start button. Wiggling the button or pulling the button gently out makes the headlight turn on. When i opened up the start button i saw that the leads were a bit corroded soldering the wires again after cleaning the terminals solved this problem. This usually happens if you have been riding in the rain a lot CHEERS!!!
