Loosened the triples and standing over the front wheel gave the bars a tweak and voila! Steering is centered. Is running better and better the more I ride it. So I'll let the seafoam/high-test work it's way through the system. Getting tags and passing emissions test is phase 1. Phase 2 is to rebuild transmission and anything I find worn on the bottom end. Phase 3 is paint & accoutrements.

Some might think I should wait to emissions-test it after everything else, but I have two state troopers up the street from me. No Bueno for the test drives.
