k i dont konw which way my switch for the fuel/reserve is supposed to go, up right or down?
any help please, i know i'm retarted

 

I don't know what you ride, but I have an '88 Hurricane 1000. Mine is missing the decal for the fuel selector. My factory shop manual doesn't list it either. I just pulled the fuel line at the fuel filter and lightly blew compressed air backwards through the line into the tank. On mine, arrow up was main, down was reserve, and horizontal was off.

On bikes I've owned (Zukes, Kawis and Hondas) horizontal is off. Up for main and down for reserve sounds right but I've had FI for so long I'm not 100% sure on that.

 

Thats how it is on my 900RR. Up for on, down for reserve, and to the side is off.
