Default Fuel regulator cost?

My 2003 cbr f4 has all the symptoms of dodgy fuel regulator , low mpg , performance poor below 9k rpm...so rang honda dealers and he wants £135 for the part! I dont earn much and that seems a lot. Is that right?

Also I am looking for price of a blank key.Dealer says £23 . Once again, Im pretty skint . Anywhere I can get cheaper?

Cheers

Since you say £, I suppose this is the easiest source: David Silver Spares - Parts For Honda Motorcycles - 16740-MBW-J32

But even this may be to your interest: 16740-MBW-J32 REGULATOR, PRESSURE $56.20
