Default Fuel problem..maybe??? HELP..

So I finally got the bike runnin, charged up the battery and replaced the fuel...but.. it still has a problem turning over.. it tries too but nothing some times. The only time it will start and run/idle is when the choke is on. when i try an turn off the choke it dies out.. and also when i try and twist the throttle a little, it starts to die... Any ideas...fuel filter maybe??? thanx guys.. (1994 cbr900RR)[image

Fuel filter, air filter is a good place to start, but the fact that it dies when you turn the choke off usually means a carbs need adjusting,

either they need to be adjusted or or cleaned.... if that was your first time doing a carb job, you might have missed some jets...
