Default front tire wobble ?

I just put a new tire on my front and after i put it all back together im noticing a small wobble in my front. I first noticed it when i leaned over and blasted off from first to 3rd, the entire time of full power through the gears it felt like my front tire was floating a little as it usually does except it was wobbling a small bit. i looked down through my triple when riding and noticed the edge of my tire looked like it was not on line 100%. it was nothing severe but it did look like the edge of the tire was not in perfect rotation and when i let go of the handle bars completely i can see my bars slightly go back and forth like the tire wobbles. it also wants to lean hard to the left when my hands are off and i have to lean right to correct it but i want to believe thats just my chain and rear wheel alignment.

what should i do about the front? I feel like i always have been having small problems with it. before the front end would chatter a little over bumpy roads and sometimes the brakes would have a little viberation. I would like to get a 929 front and just start all over haha

Lift bike up and check head bearing.Did the tire loose its wheel weights? Deformed tire?
