has anyone ever machined a frt disc put new pads on about 2 weeks ago and now 1 side is warped the pads i installed were solid and the ones i took out were slotted in the middle could that of caused it

Wot brand of pads?, Two things can warp a disc, heat & an impact of some kind. Disc can be machined though.
