Default Front Brake Problem - Sticky

My front brake is sticky, and in an emergency situation, could cause me to either apply too much brake or not enough. I made a video of the problem. Sorry for the poor quality, as it was made with my phone. Bad master cylinder? Brakes need bled? Just needs lubricated or something? Any help will be appreciated.

Edit - Just tested the video link and you may have to open it a second time to get the video to play.....

Looks like it might have worked. Master cylinder seems to have been overfilled, maybe causing too much pressure? I will go for a ride in a bit and test it out.

Check you brake fluid and see if it's a pinkish/dirty colour. Most likely need to bleed your brake lines and refill with clean brake fluid.

The best thing you can do is to bleed the brake fluid, then remove your brake calipers, remove the brake pads and disasembly the calipers and clean the internal pistons and all the parts from inside, just pay attention so you wont forget how to put them back together, you will be surprise how much dirt will come out from them that is causing you problems, I recomend an sprayable brake and parts cleaner and also a small brush to get the job done. You will be happy with the results and more than confidentnow that you know that you check your brake system. Good luck.

4, is right... do remove calipers, as most brake cleaner will destroy paint on cotanct. Get in the habit of doing the "whole" job. Not just, "getting it" to work again. This ethic will save your life.
Free and clean, Ripp'n

Hey try this easy solution FIRST. Spray a littleWD-40 on the lever where the hinge bolt is. That's where mine was sticking.
