The left is usually the longer, but also does depend on the brand.

not actually sure of brand. got them from g2moto but saw them for sale on many web sites. just called chrome billet spike frame sliders. got the feeling the bike will be saved but I will take one them in the leg or somthing. look cool and unsafe at the same time.

Are they like these - no-cut sliders? If so - throw them away and get some that mount to the motor/frame hard points. No cuts have been known for doing more damage than they're worth.

Not to rain on your parade but if they look like the ones that adrenalnjunky posted even if they do bolt to your fame throw them away. Sliders are made to slide on the ground the the event of a crash. The material will grind away causing friction to slow the bike but also taking the brunt of the force so that your frame does not. The ones in the picture are just going to stick in the ground causing your bike to flip end over end causing more damage than without any slider at all. Some might think the look cool (not my taste) but they do NOT protect anything. And like you said you take on in the leg and you will be saying more than ouch. Get some cut Vortex or Woodcraft ones. You will be really happy you did.

I second the point that R Dub made. I unfourtuneatly know this fact because I laid mine down yesterday at a very low speed an because mine were flat on the end an mounted directly to the frame I'm only out maybe 150 bucks all cosmetic stuff so do yourself a favor and invest in a good pair it's like insurance it's better than to have an not need then need an not have

Get vortex, highley recommended! Even with that set, one will be longer. The longer one goes on the right side, aka exhaust side.
