Default Fork Preload tightening as riding?

Any idea what would make the preload on my right front fork tube tighten while riding? It goes about 1/4 turn every 50-100 miles depending on how I ride? Been doing this ever since I got new springs and valves put in by a dealer a long time ago. Left one is fine. But strangely, the right is TIGHTENING, not even loosening the preload.

Sounds like the fork spring is bound up between the bottom end and the preload adjuster. I would pull the fork, remove the preload cap and pull the spring to ensure it's not caught or hanging up on something in the bottom of the fork leg. Also check to see if there is any burrs on the ground end of the spring that might cause it to catch on the bottom surface of the spring and "wind up" the spring while turning. This might cause the symptom you see.
