Default flush mount turn signals

So I bought some flush mount turn signals for my 94 F2 but I cannot figure out how to connect the new turn signals, the new signals I have, have 2 wires one red and one black, but the turn signals that are stock have 3 wires. The three wires go to the back of the control panel. Can someone tell me what I need to do to make it so my new signals can work.

The green wires are your negitive/ground wires, then the other solid color is your positive. Then, your red and black are your positive and negitve. The thrid wire with the white strip is the running light wire. You can connect that one to the positive wire if you want running lights, but then he turn signals will stay solid on the dash, but will work normally.

Great thank you for the info... but one more thing. should i disconnect the wires at the back of the control panel or should i disconnect the wires from behind the stock signals and just wrap it around the wires to the new signals. I am planning on dissconnecting the wires at the back of the stock signals because it is hard to reach behind the panel.
