*FIXED* HID Conflicting with Scorpio Alarm.
I resolved this issue today after talking with Scorpio about different ways to wire up the alarm. They told me since I didn't buy the ignition kill, I could just wire the alarm into my tag light and that might fix my problem. Well I got home took the rear off. I undid my connectors connecting the alarm to the brake and the blinkers. And low and behold I have had my alarm set for over 2 hours and not a single chirp. The alarm still works though.
If anyone has this issue in the future just wire up the scorpio alarm the way the direction says except don't clip the T-clips to the rear blinkers and brake light. Just wire it up to the tag light and it should work.
Okay well today I installed my DDM HID's, which I love so bright. After talking with Moe the install went smooth, until I finished. My bike is a 2006 600rr equipped with a scorpio alarm. The two seem to have some sort of interference with each other. My alarm has worked perfect until I installed my HID's. I haven't had time to play around with it just yet to try and find out a way to fix my problem. Tomorrow I plan on calling Scorpio and Xenon experts in hopes that one or the other can help me with my problem.
So here I go with my attempt to describe whats up. I have a test tomorrow that I need to be studying for so i will be pretty brief and I have not yet had the time to do any research on this topic. I will have more info tomorrow.
I wired up my HID's correctly. And my Alarm is wired up correctly.
HID's are wired up to the factory wire harness through the factory connectors I just put the paddle connectors in the factory connection where the old H7 lights would plug in.
Alarm is attached to the + battery then to the blinkers.
The bike starts up fine. When I park and turn the ignition key to off with only my low beams on my alarm sounds, just as if I left on my blinkers, but if I cut off the bike then flip my high beam switch the alarm quits sounding. (I thought this will be somewhat of annoying but I can get use to it and all will be okay)
Well I got home and parked my bike in the garage, the way mentioned above with my high beam switch on, set my Scorpio alarm for tilt alarm. I then received a page that the backup battery alarm was going off. Not to sure as to what that means right now, but I will find out and post back.
Can someone give me some insight on how HID's draw their power? Or if anyone has had this issue how did you resolve it? I am just tempted to yank out the Scorpio if I can't resolve it and buy a Nice LOCK and CHAIN.
Thanks guys for your help. I hope someone can help me get this issue resolved. Now off to study for my psych exam.

My Scorpio was doing something similar with the standard headlights. Ended up two problems for me: Scorpio connection (fuse) to battery and the connector on the taillight wire had come loose.
