Default F4i led turn signal problem

Hi, I have a 2002 f4i and I'm currently installing led turn signals. My problem is that the turn signals both front and back stay on. They blink when activated but I don't want them to stay on. For the front turn signal I wired three wires to two wires, could that be why it was wrong it is remaining on? I also have a flasher relay in case that matters

You cant wire them together. One is running light, the other signal, and green is ground.

Leave the running light wire disconnected and covered if you don't want them on.
