Default F4i leaking oil

Hello
i have a problem with an oil leak. Leak is coming from the top of the gearbox i assume.
Couple of days ago i removed the gas tank but its so tight that i didnt see any obvious spot for leaks.
There is a sensor of some sort that looks suspicious.

What sensor is that and is there any possibility that oil leaks from there?
2002 F4i
Help me please

That's your speed sensor and it does have an o-ring seal. It goes into the crankcase, so it's possible that it could leak. However it shouldn't leak much as it's on top and not submerged in oil.

Thanks for the reply.
The problem was that there was no o ring under the speed sensor. Added a new seal and problem fixed.
Thanks

Which asks the question, why did someone remove the speed sensor?

Maybe someone replaced the sensor and had too much vodka?
