I took the calipers apart and cleaned them with brake fluid and soapy water. All the seals and pistons looked good and there wasn't any visible grime. I put them back on the bike, bled the brakes again, put on new pads, and they're working wonderfully. I'll post in a few days to say whether or not they continued working.
