Default F4 Engine trouble, odd compression

In the fall my 2000 CBR F4 was running badly, smoke out the back, rough, then died. Layed it up for winter and now I'm getting to work on it again.

Step 1, check compression:

Cyl 4: 100 PSIg
Cyl 3: 0 PSIg (completely nothing).
Cyl 2: 130 PSIg
Cyl 1: 60 PSIg

Keep in mid that this is with a stone cold engine from the winter, it's about 15°C for the test.

I will do a leak down test next, but what in the world is causing 0 PSIg?

The bike has about 35000km (22000mi), no other noises (ie metal bike flying around in the cylinder) that I can hear. engine turns over fine.

Bad rings, cracked piston, stuck valve, numerous things can cause low/no compression. u said it was smoking badly before it died, so i would think rings or cracked piston allowing oil back into the combustion chamber causing it to spit smoke.
