Default F4 4-5k RPM stutter Any idea's

I have a 2000 F4 and it has a bit over 29k on the clock. I had a full serivce and carb sync done in the fall and the bike ran great. I stopped riding it for winter, but I started it once a week and let it get warm before I turned it off. I noticed about 2 months ago when I had it running that when I would give it a free rev it would stutter aroud 4-5k then run fine. The bike starts right up even in very cold temp, idles great and runs good in the upper RPM's. When I ride it now the stutter is worse then on free rev, but it's not as bad at time and at times it's not there. I have added fresh fuel a few times over the winter and put about 4oz's of Seafoam in the tank, but it stil does it. Any idea's? It's fine below 4K and above 6k.

I called my dealer and they said to wait till I get all the older fuel out of it and the temp warm up before I bring it in to see if it goes away, but it's driving me nuts not to have my bike at 100%. The bike still runs good and is fun, but the stutter is killing some of the fun factor.

Thanks Joe.
