@Deepsixed9 Hi and welcome to the forum. If your engine looks like this section of the starter drive, then you don't fix it. You get another engine. Ebay is going to be your friend on this one.

This is what can happen when you have hydrolocked engine. Caused by leaky petcock and carbs, which drips petrol into engine when sitting. Then when starter tries to spin engine, it can't compress cylinders filled with petrol. That mounting-point for starter-clutch takes brunt of force trying to spin engine and cracks. In luckier cases, it strips teeth off ring-gear, which can be repaired. But not engine-block.
