I want to change the rear fairing of the bike some, I like what ras122 (http://cbrworld.net/forums/thread/230317.aspx) did with the RR fairing, but i was thinking about going with the f3 rear. Has anyone else done this? Or would it not be worth it. I only have seen pictures so i don't know how much modifications it will take to get the tail to match up.

you know, after looking at the thread on how he did it, doesnt sound too complicated. think i am going to give it a shot.

 

I have seen a couple who have done this with different parts. some look great some look like ***. I never liked the 3 piece tail piece. I have a 929 and my old f1. I just ordered a 954 tail piece I think will look sharp If I do not decide to put it on my 929 fist. I'll post how it works out. part ETA 2-3 days.
