Engine running rough at low revs when warm

I have a 1999 Saturn SL1. Directly after a virus turn over the motor runs alright with no clear issues or unpleasantness. When heated up, the vehicle lingers truly unpleasant in gear (Drive), RPM truly begins to vary somewhere in the range of 500 and 700, the vehicle kinda shakes, and the motor is probably going to slow down on the off chance that I leave it in gear (and with vehicle not moving) for any longer. In the event that I promptly move to Unbiased now (bacially I need to move to impartial each time the vehicle is halted) the vehicle would not slow down however RPM would flood quickly to 2000+ before returning to ordinary (900 ish). The issue began abruptly one day after a long (3+ h) drive. Before that the vehicle ran smooth. I've supplanted sparkle plugs, plug wires, EGR, PCV, IACV, exhaust pipe, exhaust system, and cleaned the choke body, without settling the issue. My code peruser now and then peruses a 'chamber 4 failure to discharge' code. What could be the issue?

You could use a tester to verify the spark plugs:

Or swap them for known-good plugs.
