Default dynojet power commander III

Does any body know if the Dynojet Power commander maps itself when fitted, or is it a case where you need to tune it to the exhaust via a USB dongle, if so how do you get hold of the dongle? does it come with the unit and software?

I dont have one but you have to download the map for your exhaust or dyno tune it.
I believe the software comes with the unit.
But someone that has one should be able to confirm this.

The PCIII does not map itself. You must either download the map from your computer using the usb cord (If you are lucky enough to find a map for your bike options) or have it dyno tuned at the shop.

If you want to download the map, check out powercommander.com to see if they have your map. They did have the map for my Jardine low mount and I am happy with the outcome.

You can download maps from their website as stated above, but these bikes really scream with a dyno tune.
